We will gather near the trailhead at 2:00 PM to introduce ourselves and set intentions. Immediately following, we will walk the Highlands loop (1.9 mi) at our own pace. Attendees are able to decide if they would like to walk quietly or engage with those around them. Attendees are encouraged to bring a journal and pen for mid-walk reflection. Once all attendees have completed the loop we will gather again for an informal closing.
